A single-stage paint correction is oftentimes the most functional paint correcting service that can be performed on most vehicles and achieve incredible results. A single-stage paint correction can be added on to a complete detail and is what is included in a level 2 ceramic coating package.
Single-Stage Paint Correction
Some vehicles and circumstances may call for a Multi-Stage Paint Correction, where multiple passes of polishes and compounds may be needed to achieve necessary or desired results. This level of service would be performed under extreme conditions or very high expectations. Utilizing multiple passes can cut deep into paint defects with the first pass and still ensure a glossy finish is achieved with a second. A two-stage paint correction is what is included in a level 3 ceramic coating package.
